Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing access to LLTT+. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
LLTT+ is a subscription-based digital learning resource providing Teeline shorthand materials including prepared dictations, mock breakdowns, searchable databases, theory modules, word groupings, and related content. Let’s Love Teeline Together is a collaborative venture between the United Kingdom and the United States. LLTT’s technical operations are based in New Hampshire, United States.
LLTT+ is a reference and practice resource. It does not constitute a formal course, does not provide personalised instruction or feedback, and does not award qualifications or certificates.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access LLTT+ for the duration of your chosen licence period (six months or one year).
Your licence permits you to:
Access all materials available within LLTT+ during your licence period
Use the platform for your own personal study and practice
Access new materials added to the platform during your licence period
Your licence does not permit you to:
Share your login credentials with any other person
Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any content from LLTT+ in any form
Use LLTT+ materials for commercial purposes, including teaching or tutoring others, without a separate written agreement
Screen-record, screenshot, or systematically download platform content
Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or copy-protection measures
Use bots, scripts, browser automation, AI integrations, or any other automated tools to access, extract, scrape, or interact with LLTT+ content or the platform in any way. This restriction exists to protect the integrity of the platform and the content within it. Automated tools, even well-intentioned ones, can cause unintended disruption to a platform of this kind.
Access to LLTT+ is provisioned manually by the LLTT+ team based in New Hampshire, United States. Your account will be set up within 24 hours of your purchase being confirmed, and you will receive login details once provisioning is complete.
Please be aware that purchases made outside of New Hampshire business hours — including evenings, weekends, and public holidays — may not be processed until the next business day. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

LLTT+ is available on a six-month or annual licence basis. Licences do not auto-renew. When your licence period expires, access to the platform will end. However, the skills, knowledge, and speed you have developed during your licence period remain yours permanently. You are not renting skills — you are building them.
All prices are displayed on the LLTT+ product page at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change. Any promotional pricing is valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record.
By purchasing access to LLTT+, you also acknowledge our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your personal data.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card provider or bank in relation to a LLTT+ purchase, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the platform pending investigation and resolution of the dispute.
Because access to LLTT+ is provisioned manually, a clear record exists of when your access was created and when login credentials were issued to you via Coda.io, the platform on which LLTT+ is delivered. This information will be provided to our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, as evidence in any dispute process.
Where a chargeback is raised in relation to a purchase for which access to LLTT+ has already been granted, this will be treated as a breach of the refund policy set out in Section 7 of these terms.
If the dispute is resolved and payment is confirmed, your access will be reinstated for the remainder of your licence period.
We understand that genuine payment fraud occurs and we will always handle such situations with care. If you believe an unauthorised transaction has taken place on your account, please contact us at admin@letsloveteelinetogether.com before initiating a chargeback so that we can work with you to resolve it quickly.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once access to LLTT+ has been granted via Coda.io, the platform on which LLTT+ is delivered.
LLTT+ is a digital product. Once access is granted, the content has been made available and cannot be returned. We provide samples from the LLTT+ pages, detailed descriptions, and sample mock breakout portions on our product page so that you can make a fully informed decision before purchasing.
Before completing your purchase, you are required to confirm that you request immediate provisioning of your LLTT+ access and that you acknowledge you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once access has been granted. We require you to confirm this before purchasing so that both parties are clear on the terms from the outset.
This acknowledgement is made in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provides that the right to cancel digital content is lost where the consumer has given express consent to supply beginning before the end of the cancellation period, and has acknowledged that the right to cancel will be lost.
If you have a genuine technical issue preventing you from accessing the platform after purchase, please contact us at admin@letsloveteelinetogether.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
All content within LLTT+ — including but not limited to mock breakdowns, outlines, word groupings, theory modules, audio files, databases, text, and design — is the intellectual property of Let’s Love Teeline Together.
No content may be reproduced, shared, distributed, published, or used in any form without prior written permission. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your licence without refund and may give rise to further legal action.
LLTT+ is designed as an independent study resource and does not provide individual instruction, diagnostic assessment, or tutoring. While occasional comments or notes may appear on platform materials from time to time, these are informal in nature, are not guaranteed, and do not constitute personalised feedback, a formal response to your individual progress, or a teacher-student relationship.
LLTT+ provides resources to support your Teeline development but makes no guarantee of specific outcomes including speed improvement, exam results, or employment.
Progress depends entirely on your own commitment, consistency, and effort. LLTT+ gives you the tools. What you build with them is up to you.
LLTT+ is delivered via a third-party platform. We make every effort to always ensure availability, but uptime is also subject to the operational status of our technology providers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
LLTT+ is designed for use on a desktop or laptop computer with a modern web browser. We do not currently guarantee functionality on mobile devices.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LLTT+ and/or its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
In all circumstances and regardless of the nature of any claim or dispute, our total liability to you shall be limited to the amount you paid for your current licence period. Under no circumstances shall liability exceed the original purchase price.
For the avoidance of doubt: if you paid £350 for a six-month licence, our maximum liability to you is £350. If you paid £599 for an annual licence, our maximum liability to you is £599.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to LLTT+ immediately and without refund if you breach any of these terms, in particular the provisions relating to intellectual property and acceptable use.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the LLTT+ website with an updated date. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Hampshire, USA.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Where you are based in the United Kingdom or European Union, nothing in this governing law clause limits or excludes any rights or obligations arising under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or other applicable data protection legislation. Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which operates independently of these terms.
