Let's Love Teeline Together operates the website letsloveteelinetogether.com and the LLTT+ subscription platform. Let's Love Teeline Together is a collaborative venture between the United Kingdom and the United States. LLTT's technical operations are based in New Hampshire, United States. 2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2a. Website Visitors (Free Content)
If you visit our website without subscribing to LLTT+ or joining our mailing list, we do not directly collect any personal information about you. We use the following third-party services on our website:
- Google Analytics — collects anonymous data about how visitors use our site, including pages visited, time spent, and general geographic location. This data cannot identify you personally.
- SoundCloud — provides audio playback for dictation recordings. SoundCloud may collect anonymous data on tracks played and originating countries.
- Elfsight — provides certain website widgets. Elfsight may collect anonymous usage data.
2b. Email Subscribers
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address and any name you provide. We use Buttondown to manage our mailing list. This information is used solely to send you newsletters, updates, and relevant communications about Let's Love Teeline Together and LLTT+. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send. On unsubscribing, your details will be removed from our mailing list.
2c. LLTT + Subscribers
When you purchase access to LLTT+, the following information is collected and processed:
-Your name and email address, for the purpose of managing your account and communicating with you about your subscription
-Payment information, processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. Your payment data is handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy
-Your licence type and period (six months or annual), start date, and expiry date
-Any communications you send us relating to your subscription
Before completing a purchase, you are asked to submit a consent form confirming that you request immediate provisioning of your access and acknowledge the waiver of your 14-day cancellation right. This form collects your email address and records your confirmation. This data is stored by Webflow and is retained as part of our legal records for seven years from the date of purchase.
Access to LLTT+ is provisioned manually by our team via Coda.io, the collaborative document platform on which LLTT+ is built and delivered. Your name and email address are entered into Coda.io for the purpose of granting you access to the platform.
2d. Direct Contact
If you contact us by email, we will retain your email address and the content of your message for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and manage your access to LLTT+, including provisioning your access to the Coda.io platform where LLTT+ is delivered
- To process payments and maintain subscription records
- To communicate with you about your subscription, including renewal reminders and important updates
- To send newsletters and updates to mailing list subscribers via Buttondown
- To respond to enquiries and provide support
- To add informal comments or annotations to the LLTT+ platform materials from time to time, where this may be of general benefit to subscribers. Any such comments are not a guaranteed service and do not constitute personalised feedback or individual instruction

7. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share data only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to provide our services:
- Lemon Squeezy — our payment provider, for the purpose of processing your payment. Lemon Squeezy maintains its own compliance with applicable data protection and international transfer requirements
- Buttondown — our email platform, for the purpose of sending mailing list communications. Buttondown maintains its own compliance with applicable data protection and international transfer requirements
- Coda.io — the collaborative document platform through which LLTT+ content is delivered and accessed by subscribers. Your name and email address are used to provision and manage your access to the platform. Data held in Coda.io is processed in accordance with Coda.io's own privacy policy and their compliance with applicable data protection and international transfer requirements.
- Google Analytics — which receives anonymous usage data only
- Webflow — our website platform, which stores consent form submissions made at the point of purchase. Webflow maintains its own compliance with applicable data protection and international transfer requirements.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you are based, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Payment data is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy and is never stored on our systems. 11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
LLTT+ is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will notify LLTT+ subscribers of any significant changes by email. Our Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. However, nothing in that governing law clause limits or excludes any rights or obligations arising under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or other applicable data protection legislation.
